Full-Time Universal Banker

Role Overview: Responsible for delivering high-quality customer service in a retail banking environment by processing financial transactions, opening accounts, and promoting bank products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions, account openings, and deposit services.
• Identify client needs through consultative conversations and recommend appropriate products.
• Open and process new accounts, including savings, IRAs, and certificates of deposit.
• Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects to support sales and referral goals.
• Support loan applications by guiding clients and coordinating with relevant staff.
• Resolve client inquiries, ensuring excellent service and prompt issue resolution.
• Stay updated on products, policies, and operational procedures to ensure compliance.
• Assist with daily operational tasks and support training of new associates.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED; prior teller experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment.
• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily, with strong communication and customer service skills.
