Forklift Operator - 1st Shift

Forklift Operator I is responsible for moving materials between inventory and production, maintaining accurate paperwork and production records.

Principle Duties Include

• Transporting materials within the facility and supporting production schedules
• Banding, wrapping, packing, and labeling finished goods
• Assisting with material needs and addressing production bottlenecks
• Performing basic maintenance on equipment
• Completing pre-shift checklists and ensuring safety compliance
• Organizing the inventory yard and keeping records up to date
• Participating in safety and continuous improvement programs
• Performing other duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications include a minimum of 9th grade education (high school diploma or GED preferred), no experience required but forklift experience is a plus, basic math and inventory knowledge preferred, and successful completion of forklift licensing.
