Deli/Bakery Associate

Role Overview: This position involves preparing, packaging, displaying, and stocking deli and bakery products to meet company standards, ensuring a positive guest experience. The role requires working independently and collaborating with team members to support store growth while adhering to safety and food safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce bakery/deli products following production plans.
• Package, label, and merchandise products according to plans and expectations.
• Stock backroom with rotated and dated products.
• Communicate needs for supplies and collaborate with other departments.
• Follow safety, food safety, PPE, and cleaning protocols.
• Support guest experience standards and may assist in other departments as needed.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of retail or related experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, interpret documents, and perform basic math.
• Detail-oriented with good communication skills.
  
  

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as bending and stooping. The environment may include varied temperatures and noise levels.
