Deal Desk Manager

Role: Deal Desk Manager responsible for managing complex and strategic deals, ensuring efficient deal approval processes, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to structure deals that maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Review, analyze, and approve non-standard deals, providing guidance on deal structuring, contract terms, and negotiations.
• Monitor deal performance metrics, identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Maintain knowledge of product offerings, pricing models, and market landscape.
• Implement policies, procedures, and tools to enhance deal efficiency and compliance.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 5 years experience in deal management or similar roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with non-standard deal structuring, contract negotiations, and process improvement.
• Preferred: Industry experience in CDN/security and knowledge of SaaS and consumption-based pricing models.
