Custodian

Seeking a Custodian for a Monday-Friday day shift role, performing cleaning and light maintenance in auction facilities.

Responsibilities include

• cleaning common areas, restrooms, kitchens, and auction block areas,
• providing excellent customer service,
• monitoring and replenishing supplies,
• reporting equipment issues, and ensuring a safe, professional environment.
  
  

Qualifications: 18 , janitorial experience, knowledge of cleaning equipment, PPE, and SDS, valid driver’s license, effective communication skills, and physical ability for light to medium work.

Physical conditions involve indoor/outdoor environments, temperature changes, and environmental hazards.
