Responsible for implementing and overseeing the Configuration Management Plan (CMP), managing repositories, and coordinating Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings. Ensure accurate accountability of deliverables and support system evolution with advanced technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Support system engineering projects by managing configuration items, maintaining documentation, and facilitating change control processes. Responsible for implementing and overseeing the Configuration Management Plan (CMP), managing repositories, and coordinating Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings. Ensure accurate accountability of deliverables and support system evolution with advanced technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enforce configuration management processes and documentation
- Manage change control, including approving and tracking changes to configuration items
- Facilitate CCB meetings and maintain program repositories for hardware, software, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with program and security requirements
- Support system lifecycle phases from requirements to deployment
- 8 years in DoD configuration management or system analysis
- 5 years in configuration management and change control processes
- 3 years using configuration management tools, including Confluence and JIRA
- Experience facilitating CCB meetings and generating program documentation
- TS/SCI clearance and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or STEM
- Experience with Navy programs and lifecycle management
- Ability to manage code, Infrastructure as Code, binaries, and container images
