Collision Auto Body Technician

Role: Auto Body Technician responsible for delivering exceptional vehicle repairs to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting company KPIs.

Key Duties

• Assess and plan repair work, prepare cost estimates, and execute repairs using various tools.
• Repair minor body damage, realign chassis and frames, replace damaged sections and parts, and repair or replace glass and interior components.
• Weld, fit, and paint vehicles according to factory standards.
• Inspect completed work for quality and ensure adherence to labor time guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and uphold the company's WOW (Wow Operating Way) standards.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read work orders, operate tools safely, and understand vehicle body repair methods.
• Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and physical ability to perform inspections and repairs in various conditions.
