Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Vice President of Sales & Marketing based in the Midwest Region, with some flexibility for remote work. The VP of Sales & Marketing will lead and oversee sales operations, manage client accounts, and drive business development initiatives. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, supervising sales teams, identifying growth opportunities, and achieving revenue targets, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and achieve business objectives.
- Experience in Account Management and building long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong skills in Sales Operations, ensuring efficient processes and successful execution of sales activities.
- Demonstrated ability in Business Development, including identifying new opportunities and growing revenue streams.
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities to inspire and guide a sales team effectively.
- Strategic thinking aptitude with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience within the real estate or property management industry is a plus.
