- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment (including ammonia refrigeration), and plumbing fixtures.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Conduct field service visits to residential homes and commercial properties to address customer needs promptly and professionally.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment to test electrical circuits and perform mechanical repairs as needed.
- Assist with property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems, including ductwork cleaning and system upgrades.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local codes while providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in construction, appliance repair, plumbing, refrigeration, and HVAC/R systems.
- Proven service technician experience with the ability to read schematics and interpret HVAC design plans.
- Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems and boiler operation is a plus.
- Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively.
- Mechanical skills including welding, equipment repair, and general maintenance are highly desirable.
- Experience working in field service environments handling property maintenance or appliance repairs.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; familiarity with
