Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Deburr/Finisher to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for refining and finishing machined parts to meet precise specifications, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the production process. Responsibilities
- Use hand tools, sanders, ect to remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections from machined parts.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents to understand specific finishing requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards in production environments.
- Troubleshoot minor issues with industrial equipment and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs.
- Assist in packaging finished parts according to specifications for shipment or assembly.
Experience
- Proven experience working in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), shop math, and mechanical blueprint interpretation.
- Experience handling precision measuring instruments like micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators.
- Ability to operate hand tools, fabrication equipment, and industrial machinery safely and effectively.
- Prior experience with materials handling is a plus.
- Strong understanding of safety standards in production settings and quality control processes.
