Part Time Stylist/Sales Associate

STYLIST- FRONT OF HOUSE RETAIL ASSOCIATE

RG is currently looking for eager, friendly and hardworking individuals to join our team at our new first location in Atwater Village, Los AngeIes CA.

THE ROLE:

The RG front of house retail associate takes pride in being the first point of introduction to customers entering our store. You'll prioritize customer service excellence, and are dedicated to telling the RG brand story while creating incredible experiences for the customer. You'll be knowledgable on all products, and able to style and help each customer from the beginning to checkout.

You'll be responsible for making sure the shop floor is fullY stocked and merchandised in a clean aesthetic that's cohesive with all RG locations.

Your personality should be bright, energetic and customer-focused and creates a warm and welcoming environment in our stores.

Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus.

• Candidates must have 1 - 2 years of related experience in retail or restaurant environment
• Associates degree or equivalent
• Knowledge of trends with fashion forward thinking
• Passion for indoor plants
• An understanding of jewelry and its components
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of all merchandising/visual directives
• Ensure the selling floor is neat, clean, organized and reflects the correct visual image at all times
• Identify and communicate product concerns
• Communicate inventory needs to support the business goal

WHO YOU ARE

• A current or former retail employee with 1 - 2 years of retail or restaurant experience.
• Associates degree or equivalent.
• A good communicator with the ability to effectively interact with customers and your team to meet goals.
• Passionate about retail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Determined to eventually lead and inspire others to learn and grow
• Agreeable to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holiday, evening and weekend shifts.
• Able to utilize retail technology and mange POS systems
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on performance
