Position Summary:
The Quality Manager is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the Company Quality programs. In this role he/she supports the management teams and various internal departments as required and report to leadership on the overall quality performance, including any improvement needs.
Essential Functions:
- Lead cultural change within the business to ensure continuous improvement in quality.
- Implement and maintain programs, policies and procedures to ensure full compliance with company, client and governmental requirements.
- Prepare and maintain required quality records and reports.
- Lead auditor and facilitator of quality performance improvements.
- Audit company facilities and workforce.
- Keep abreast of current industry trends, new legislative impacts and customer requirements.
- Communicate lessons learned from incident or other opportunities for improvement by performing or facilitating.
- Non-conformity reports.
- Root cause analysis Investigations.
- Incidents, near misses and damages.
- Customer complaints.
- Key Performance Indicators.
- Develop improvement plans and monitor performance and progress.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations.
- Monitor insured case management from any on the job injuries, equipment damage, property or environmental claims utilizing the appropriate Third Party Admins (TPA’s).
- Align with leadership to develop quality Goals & Improvement plans both targeted and strategic.
- Occasional Travel required, less than 5% a year.
- Other duties as identified.
Qualifications
- 2 years’ experience in Quality leadership role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, science-related or business administration preferred/not required.
- ISO Lead Auditor preferred/not required.

- Computer literate, with proficient skills in MS-Office suite of programs.
- Team player and leader.
Working conditions:
- Office environment at manufacturing/warehouse facility.
- Travel as requested to remote operations or to customer locations.

Salary : $85,000 - $90,000
