Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Identity Management: Develop and maintain a cohesive and engaging brand identity across all company materials.
- Design Creation: Design a wide range of materials including brochures, posters, logos, infographics, advertisements, and presentations for both digital and print platforms.
- Collaboration on RFQs: Work closely with teams to create compelling visual materials for RFQ submissions, proposals, and client presentations.
- Qualifications Packages: Design engaging qualifications packages that effectively showcase the firm’s expertise and experience to potential clients.
- Digital Media Creation: Produce graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Video Production: Assist with the creation of video content, from storyboarding to final edits, to communicate messages in a dynamic and visually compelling way.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and project managers, to understand project goals and deliver high-quality visuals.
- Project Management: Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design skills (digital, print, branding).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience creating materials for both digital and print formats.
- Familiarity with web design and video editing is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining creativity and quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience working in a professional services or corporate environment.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or 3D design tools is a plus.
