Recruiter- Sources, screens, interviews, and recruits job applicants to fill exempt and non-exempt positions in a timely manner with highly qualified candidates.

Summary:

As a HR Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing job applicants to fill exempt and non-positions in a timely manner with highly qualified candidates.  This is an on-site in office Monday-Friday, full time position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with company leaders, vendors, community organizations, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in applicant tracking system.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified leaders.
• Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house prospects to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
• Create and foster relationships with colleges and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit alumni and diversity candidates.
• Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
• Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
• Prescreens candidates by checking references and background checks. Create and present prescreening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval.
• Interviews all candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers, including the use of various interviewing methodologies.
• Prepares candidates for interviewing with specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, our business strategy, department background, job descriptions, and expectation-setting.
• Discusses hiring needs with department/branch managers to prepare and implement recruitment program.
• Attends and represents the company at college career days and other recruitment events.
• Corresponds with job applicants to notify them of employment consideration.
• Projects yearly recruitment expenditures for budgetary control.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Work Environment:

At Rain for Rent, in-person work at our offices and/or branch locations is a top priority because it allows us to more effectively collaborate, connect, and builds a workplace culture that drives our continued success. This role requires onsite presence at a RfR office and/or branch location. Except for limited circumstances, remote and/or hybrid options are not offered at this time.
