Field Supervisor- Oversees yard operations to ensure customer expectations for product, operations, delivery, installation and pick up are met or exceeded.

Summary:

As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising field operations and personnel to ensure customer expectations for product, operations, delivery, installation and pick-up are met or exceeded.  Duties include:

• Plans and schedules daily work for field crews including location of work, individual duties, equipment to be used and time required for the job.
• Evaluates jobs assigned by the Branch Foreman to determine the equipment and labor requirements and develops a work plan to eliminate unnecessary labor and equipment usage.
• Maintains safe, neat and efficient operating conditions, throughout areas of responsibility.
• Verify and authorize hours worked by each crew member.
• Keeps and provides all written reports and records required by management on a timely basis.
• Conducts required safety meetings.
• Follows all company safety policies and wears personal protective gear as required.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
