What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admin, General Office position at RFR US?

Admin, General Office - Assist managers and supervisors in document management and communications. This may include filing and document generation using a variety of software programs. It may also include telephone, e-mail, and other forms of communication with both internal and external customers.

Summary:

 The General Office Admin compiles and maintains records of business transactions and office activities of the establishment by performing the following duties:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sorts and processes correspondence and mail.
  • Files correspondence and other records.
  • Generates documents specific to branch/department needs.
  • Answers telephone and routes calls as needed.
  • Greets visitors, and directs them to the appropriate person.
  • Participates in meetings and strategy sessions.
  • Complies with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or EHS.
  • Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Provides leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.
  • Handles multiple tasks simultaneously.
