What You'll Do
- Use Facebook, social media, and online communities to market real estate opportunities
- Generate sales through social media, prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Connect with real estate investors and qualified leads
- Promote exclusive off-market investment properties
- Follow up with prospects through phone, email, text, and social media
- Build and manage your investor pipeline
- Generate new business through cold calling, Facebook groups, reverse search tools, referrals, and targeted outreach
- Execute email and social media outreach campaigns
- Build relationships with investors and guide them through the sales process
- Maintain consistent prospecting and follow-up activity
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of sales, marketing, customer service, or related experience preferred
- Social media or digital marketing experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Competitive, coachable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable with phone and online sales
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Fort Worth, TX area
Before You Apply
