Licensing Requirement:

RFP Homes is a licensed real estate brokerage in the state of Texas, and all hires must be willing to obtain a valid Texas real estate license. By law, commissions can only be paid to licensed agents. If you’re not yet licensed, we’ll provide guidance on how to get started.

The first six months will be the most challenging. You’re building a book of business from the ground up, and it takes time. Most agents take around six months to consistently generate stable and predictive income - we’ve had multiple people start hitting $15,000 – $20,000 months after month five to six. If you’re looking for instant gratification, this isn’t the place for you. But if you’re willing to put in the work, this is a repeat business operation – meaning the relationships you build will keep paying you over and over again.
