What You'll Do:
- Engage qualified investor leads from our marketing efforts
- Connect investors with exclusive off-market properties that never hit the MLS
- Own the client relationship from first call through closing
- Build your book through cold calling, networking, and email outreach
What You Bring:
- 1–3 years of sales experience — any industry where you've learned to close
- Confidence, grit, and a competitive edge
- Strong phone presence and coachable mindset
- Lives in or relocating to DFW
One Thing to Know: This is a 100% commission 1099 role. A Texas Real Estate License is required within 45 days of starting. Licensing costs are the candidate's responsibility.
