What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Clerk position at RFMS?
Responsibilities:
· Process weekly payroll.
· Assist operations with payroll related question / concerns.
· Maintain payroll database entering employee information from field locations.
· Create spreadsheets / adhoc reports for internal and external reporting.
Qualifications:
· Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality.
· Must be computer literate and proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook.
· Accurate, detail oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Exceptional analytical, problem solving and time management skills to meet deadlines.
· Ability to learn quickly and take initiative.
· Knowledge of garnishments, wage assignments, child support, etc.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Must be reliable.
· Payroll experience a plus.
