including weekends, night shifts, and/or overtime. Also, depending on business demands, hours may be
reduced at any time.

- Must be courteous and professional at all times
- Must be able to react quickly to seating issues and customer concerns calmly
- Must be punctual and well-groomed at each performance
- Must be flexible for scheduling purposes including-
- Mainstage – 12p.m.-4:30p.m.; 7p.m. to 11:30p.m. weekdays
- Children’s Theatre – 9 am – 2:30 pm Monday – Sunday
- General housekeeping duties including vacuuming, dusting and picking up trash.

- Take tickets, scan and check for accurate date and time then direct patrons to the proper
- Always treats guests, actors and other staff members with respect and courtesy
- Must become familiar with areas in which costume changes are taking place as well as timing
