Responsibilities
- Ensure treatment services and activities are being conducted as scheduled
- Act as a liaison between the program, school districts, and collaterals
- Participate in intake and discharge procedures for youth
- Manage youth appointments, visits and transports
- Provide supervision, coaching and feedback to caseworkers and senior caseworkers
- Applicants must be at least 21 years old
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license, required
- Residential treatment experience and a bachelor's degree are strongly preferred
