You will work directly with adolescents facing mental health challenges in a group home setting to support their daily needs, foster independence, and empower them to live their best lives. This role is incredibly rewarding, offering the chance to make a direct impact on someone's life every single day. Whether it's assisting with daily activities, providing emotional support, or helping them achieve their personal goals, as a DSP, YOU will be an essential part of the support we provide.
