We are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a driven Sales Representative to acquire new customers and expand our presence across North America.

What You Will Do
In this role, you will focus on finding and winning new business. Your success will be measured by your ability to identify, engage, and convert new hotel customers while driving incremental revenue.
- Proactively prospect, cold call, and network to generate leads with independent hotels, management groups, and major brands
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline in CRM, from first contact to closed deal
- Conduct discovery with prospective customers to understand needs and position RFID Hotel’s solutions
- Respond to formal bids and proposals to secure new accounts
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of outreach and follow-up activities in CRM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers
- Stay informed on market trends and competitors to uncover opportunities for expansion
- Meet and exceed new business revenue and activity targets
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of success in B2B sales with a focus on new customer acquisition
- Proven ability to identify and reach decision-makers and convert cold prospects into customers
- Strong pipeline management skills and a competitive, self-driven mindset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfortable in a high-activity sales environment with clear quotas and performance metrics
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
