Job Title: Production Support Coordinator
Position Overview:
Seeking a motivated go-getter to assist in production coordination for RFI Ingredients Broomfield, Colorado facility. This individual will perform a variety of tasks which require creative problem-solving and communication with other departments. Daily tasks will include creation of production records, updating pick lists, gathering data, and processing completed production records.
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well with others and be teamwork oriented
- Flexibility to handle varying tasks as part of daily workload
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with ERP system (SAP, Sage X3, etc) preferred
- 1-2 years relevant experience preferred
Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to Senior Manager of Production Support, the Production Support Coordinator’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Play a proactive role in updating and maintaining the planning production system (X3 and other relevant databases)
- Interface with manufacturing personnel, purchasing personnel, quality personnel, etc. on material status and production planning issues as needed
- Accurately create production records including MMRs, BPRs and other records as needed
- Track production records in planning production system (X3 and other relevant databases) in a timely manner
- Assist Production Planning Managers in allocating sales orders and planning production runs
- Assist Production Planning Managers in accurately tracking packaging, label and raw material inventories and coordinating purchasing of these materials with purchasing personnel
- Maintain additional metric reports for Managers as needed
- Perform other job-related duties as required or assigned
Salary:
- Salary dependent on experience
- Eligible for company benefits after 90 days

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
