As RFG Advisory's
Senior Video Editor & Producer
, you'll bring stories to life through high-impact, emotionally resonant video content that powers our Advisor onboarding, corporate campaigns, and lead-generation efforts.

This agency-style role is both strategic and hands-on. This is a mix 30/70 split, with 70 edits and 30 producing 70 that elevates our brand and inspires our audience. You'll own the entire production cycle from planning and shooting to editing and delivery, collaborating closely with marketing and creative teammates to produce on-brand, high-quality content at scale.

You'll also manage the daily operations of our in-house podcast studio, ensuring every recording session runs smoothly, equipment stays top-notch, and our team and Advisors enjoy a professional, seamless recording experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically skilled storyteller who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and takes pride in refining processes to achieve excellence.

Core Responsibilities

Video Editing & Production (Primary Focus)

• Edit brand story videos for onboarding Advisors with a storyteller's eye, creating content that's emotionally engaging, technically excellent, and brand-aligned.
• Own the end-to-end editing of a high volume of video content, including weekly video series, social clips, LinkedIn ads, and other short form content.
• Develop case study videos showcasing Advisor success stories and key RFG initiatives.

Production Oversight

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, creative direction, and production timelines.
• Plan and coordinate shoots in-office and in-studio, including setup, lighting, and audio.

Podcast Studio Operations

• Maintain brand consistency, compliance, and timely publishing for all RFG Podcasts.
• Manage RFG's in-house podcast studio, including scheduling, setup, equipment maintenance, and quality control.
• Ensure a professional-grade recording experience for all internal and Advisor-led sessions.

Workflow Enhancement & SOPs

• Continuously refine workflows, explore new AI tools, and SOPs to improve creative efficiency and team collaboration.
• Maintain organized file structures, version control, and compliance checklists to support fast-turnaround production.
• Share process improvements and best practices across the marketing and creative teams to drive continuous growth.

Key Outcomes / KPIs

• All recurring corporate and Advisor videos produced and delivered on schedule (SLA-based timelines).
• Consistent, high-quality video editing that meets or exceeds brand standards.
• Create Recurring lead-generation content drives measurable increases in engagement, reach, or leads.
• Workflows and SOPs are updated regularly, improving turnaround time and collaboration.
• Podcast studio operates seamlessly, maintaining a professional and reliable recording environment.
• Positive stakeholder and Advisor feedback on production quality, collaboration, and consultative support.

Requirements

Skills & Tools

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and professional audio tools.
• Skilled in editing, storytelling, and basic color correction; comfortable with camera operation, lighting, and sound setup.
• Very strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agency-style environment.
• Creative problem solver with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while maintaining focus on deadlines and quality standards.
