RFG Advisory is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Digital Content Intern to support content production across our growing platform. You'll work hands-on with visual templates, digital assets, and brand materials, playing a direct role in the StrongHer Money program, our initiative empowering women on their financial journeys. What You Will Gain
Location: This role can be in our Birmingham office or remote.
- If in Birmingham, AL, our office works a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 remote).
- If remote, occasional travel to Birmingham will be required including onboarding.
Reports to: Senior Director of StrongHer Money
What You'll Do
Visual Content Production
- Populate existing templates with updated text, images, and branding
- Perform light design edits to maintain consistency across materials
- Develop simple, effective visuals that support brand messaging
- Create assets across program modules, downloadable resources, presentations, webinars, and marketing materials
- Ensure content is delivered accurately and on time
- Contribute to the StrongHer Money program by helping produce resources, tools, and educational content designed to empower women in their financial lives
Experience
- Prior experience creating or editing digital content, even in an academic or personal project context
- Portfolio or work samples required at time of application
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to design consistency
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, self-directed work style with a bias toward execution
- Interest in digital media, content creation, and visual storytelling
- Proficiency in Canva, including template-based workflows preferred
- Comfort working across digital content formats and platforms
- Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
