more value through mortgage solutions, and home improvement financing.

The Opportunity
We’re
looking for a hungry, high-energy Business Development
Representative to join our team on-site and take full advantage
of one of the largest databases in the industry (120,000 loan
officers).
This is
not a role for someone who wants to coast. This is for someone
who wants to build a six-figure sales career, grow fast, and
become a cornerstone of a scaling sales team.
What You’ll Do
- Make 100 outbound calls and SMS
texts per day

Build strong relationships with loan officers in our
database

Activate new accounts and re-engage inactive ones
- Retain and grow existing
referral partnerships

Collaborate with a tight-knit, high-performance sales
team
- Use
tools like Zoho, Salesforce, Go High Level, and dialers
to track and optimize your outreach

Requirements
- 1 year of
experience in a high-volume sales environment (call center, inside sales, etc.)
- Strong communicator who thrives on
relationship-building

Highly coachable, self-motivated, and ready to scale
- Tech-savvy with CRMs,
dialers, and communication platforms
- Bonus: Experience in mortgage, solar, or
home services
