What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Ambassador position at Rezkom Enterprises Inc?
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Pool Ambassador is tasked with being the initial point of contact for entry to the pool area and ensuring community specific rules and regulations are being followed.
- Frequent interaction with guests and residents.
- Use reservation system via iPad to check residents in and out for their allotted reservation time.
- Log any questions or concerns to be reported to Property Manager.
- Welcoming and friendly demeanor when communicating with guests and other service providers.
- Work in conjunction with the porter/bathroom attendant to keep common areas and surfaces clean.
- Follow and enforce adherence to the Community rules and regulations by pool residents and guests.
- Monitor the access to entry and exit points to avoid congregating.
- iPad knowledge a must **
