Role Description

Projects may include:

• Concept development for capsule drops or core collections
• Iteration and refinement of existing motifs or designs from the archive
• Editing or refining technical details such as clasps, mechanisms, connection points, settings
• Sketching by hand, Adobe CS, Procreate, secure Al, CAD

Requirements:

• 5 years of professional jewelry design experience
• Demonstrated ability to build cohesive, multifaceted collections (not just one-off pieces)
• Experience with high jewelry, bespoke one-of-a-kind, and limited-run repeatable styles
• Basic understanding of jewelry assembly and techniques, including practical manufacturing constraints

Compensation:

We are looking to work within a reasonable freelance budget (generally aligned with $50-$70/hour equivalents), and are open to discussing project-based pricing depending on scope and experience.
