Salary : $50k to $65k DOE

Responsibilities :

Prepare responses to RFP and RFQ and similar procurements in the requested formats.

Prepare presentation and collaborate with project team when firm is shortlisted.
Correspond with outside vendors and suppliers for proposals.
Create engaging content for LinkedIn and Facebook.
Utilize Adobe InDesign, Canva & Illustrator to design and create flyers.
Help plan, coordinate, and participate in events.
Enhanced user experience by collaborating with web developers to redesign company website.
Shooting photography : construction sites, work events.
Keep up with / order promotional items.

Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
