We are looking for a highly skilled, dependable, and accountable Auto Body Technician who is passionate about delivering flawless collision repairs. This is not an entry-level role we want a robust, professional technician who takes full ownership of their work, strictly follows repair procedures, and consistently produces quality results that customers (and our shop) can count on every single time.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform complete collision repairs on all vehicle makes and models (structural and non-structural)
- Accurately diagnose damage, follow OEM/I-CAR repair procedures, and execute repair plans
- Weld, pull frames, replace panels, install structural components, and blend repairs
- Prepare surfaces for paint (filler work, sanding, masking, and priming)
- Install replacement parts, trim, glass, and hardware
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work bay at all times
- Meet or exceed production and quality standards while working efficiently
**What We Require**
- **Current I-CAR Certification(s) required** applicants without valid I-CAR credentials will not be considered
- hands-on collision repair experience in a professional shop
- Strong technical knowledge of modern vehicle construction (steel, aluminum, high-strength steel, composites, and adhesives)
- Proficient welding skills (MIG, TIG, resistance spot welding)
- Own set of professional hand tools and power tools
- Proven track record of being **dependable, accountable, and procedure-driven**
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing “like-new” repairs
- Ability to work independently while still being a solid team player
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the trade (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
