Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the detailing department.
- Lead, train, schedule, and motivate the detailing team.
- Maintain high-quality detailing standards for all vehicles.
- Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet dealership expectations.
- Coordinate workflow with Sales and Service departments to meet deadlines.
- Monitor inventory and detailing supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive detailing experience required.
- Prior leadership or management experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
