Reynolds & Rubino Psychology Group, LLC is a thriving private practice in Fairfax, VA, dedicated to providing empirically-supported, ethical, and compassionate care. We specialize in psychotherapy, medication management, and psychological testing for children, adolescents, adults, and couples.
We are currently seeking a full-time, license-eligible post-doctoral clinician or resident in proffesional counseling to join our team to see the adult client population. This W2 position requires a minimum average of 25 clinical hours per week. We are looking for an experienced counselor who enjoys working independently, is trained in evidence-based treatments (such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, or MBCT), and has clinical experience treating anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, and relationship concerns. Candidates must be license-eligible in Virginia within two years.
Scheduling and Supervision:
- Minimum of three days per week, with at least two days in-office (additional days may be remote).- Requirement of at least two evenings or two weekend days to accommodate patient needs.- Required participation in biweekly didactics/group supervision, monthly group consultation, monthly testing consultation (for psychologists), and weekly individual therapy supervision.
