Job Title: Warehouse and Production Assistant
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: From $18.00/Hour
Hours (Monday – Friday or Monday - Thursday):
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
What You’ll Do:
As a Warehouse and Production Assistant, you’ll support daily operations throughout the warehouse and help ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing general production tasks and supporting machine operations
- Conducting consistent quality checks to ensure product accuracy across multiple machines
- Assisting with machine changeovers and production setups as needed
- Moving raw materials and finished products safely within the facility
- Working in areas such as Rewinding, Packing, and Shipping as needed
- Following all safety procedures and contributing to a team-focused environment
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong attendance and dependability
- Commitment to working safely and following procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods (8-10 hours)
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Willingness to learn and be part of a team
