RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy
• Test‑drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to assess systems and components
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair GM automotive systems
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor regarding additional repairs and time estimates
• Complete warranty repairs per GM manufacturer guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all shop safety protocols and dealership procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong working knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
• GM or OEM brand experience preferred, but not required
• Virginia State Inspector License preferred • Fast learner with a willingness to grow and pursue certifications
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple jobs
• Team‑oriented with strong communication skills • Comfortable using digital diagnostic tools and computer‑based systems
• Valid driver’s license
