Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through the repair estimate process
• Inspect vehicles thoroughly to assess damage and prepare accurate estimates
• Communicate clearly with customers, insurance companies, and technicians
• Ensure estimates comply with industry standards and company policies
• Assist management in maintaining workflow and maximizing shop efficiency
• Build strong rapport with customers, creating a positive and professional experience
• Support the team by monitoring repair progress and updating customers as needed
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Collision Center Estimator or in a related automotive role
• Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and estimating software (CCC ONE)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detailoriented with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
• Outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor
