The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for maximizing safety, quality and productivity including but not limited to company targeted case fill rate achievement, cost/service optimization initiatives, customer satisfaction and miscellaneous ad-hoc projects in the warehouse (DC) operations. Ultimately, you will be responsible for daily supervision and coaching of warehouse associates to maximize overall facility performance. USD $66,000.00 - USD $90,750.00 /H
Bonus Eligibility
Role is eligible for 5% annual incentive provided the business meets financial goals and the individual meets their performance goals, subject to plan administration guidelines.

- Ensure established safety policies are adhered to and followed while striving to improve safety awareness each day.
- Develop, implement and monitor standard workflow compliance for all warehouse groups/shifts.
- Build teamwork and collaboration within warehouse operation to increase morale and productivity thresholds.
- Monitor work to meet/exceed established warehouse standards and prescribed volume requirements.
- Partner with Transportation, Supply Planning, Plant Production and Distribution functions to coordinate strategic and tactical plans addressing initiatives and business needs.

We need you to have:
- 5 years of related professional supply chain or warehousing experience.
- Previous supervisor experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Highly Proficient in Excel, including the ability to use formulas and pivot tables.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Creativity; forward-thinking.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple accountabilities and internal customers.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule during key business deadlines.
- Shift is 3:30PM-12:30AM. This position will require some flexibility, working nights and weekends.
- BA/BS in Logistics, Management or a related field.
- Proficient in SAP.
