Pay: $27.73-$34.50/hour

Responsibilities

Your Role:

As a Team Lead (Warehouse), you will lead the team and be primarily responsible for restoring interrupted process flow and creating and implementing standardized work procedures.

• Ensure established safety policies are adhered to and followed while striving to improve safety awareness each day.
• Develop, implement and monitor standard workflow compliance.
• Build teamwork and collaboration within warehouse operation to increase morale and productivity thresholds.
• Monitor work to meet/exceed established warehouse standards and prescribed volume requirements.
• Maintain records and prepare necessary documentation.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments and customers.
• Perform daily inspection of warehouse.
• Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.

Requirements

We need you to have:

• 3 years of manufacturing or warehouse team lead experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Advanced PC knowledge to include Microsoft office
• Experience in manufacturing systems such SAP- PRE/PRL
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization. Bilingual is a plus
• Ability to work a split shift schedule and overtime as needed.
