We need you to have:
- 5 years of industrial experience in a manufacturing environment, or equivalent military service.
- Experience in machine shop equipment, welding, fabrication, and repair of mobile equipment (especially diesel powered).
- Good equipment troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment and systems.
- Ability to read drawings and perform layout work, operate forklifts, cranes, and lifts.
- Completed an apprenticeship program.
- Ability to perform physically demanding job activities.
- Ability to pass written and hands-on maintenance test.
- Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts, weekends, holidays and overtime.
- Prior experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry.
