Responsibilities
Your Role:
As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for supporting production by maintaining equipment in the operating departments and the process support equipment for the plant.

- Make safety your number one priority by driving our safety initiatives.
- Locate and replace defective components.
- Teach, coach, and mentor line operators in preventative maintenance processes.
- Prepare assemblies needed for certain lines to minimize maintenance downtime.

We need you to have:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in maintenance for production equipment.
- Ability to do basic math.
- Certified forklift operator.
- Your own tools and toolbox.
- Experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Associate's degree or two-year technical degree in a related field.
