TheBusiness Continuity & Crisis Manager is responsible for the continuous maintenance of the Business Continuity & Crisis Management plan. This position is responsible for managing all Business Continuity & Crisis Management plans to ensure ongoing relevancy, developing material and leading organization training and testing of documented plans, maintaining Crisis Site and managing the Emergency Mass Notification tool. The key responsibilities will require proficiency in supply chain and other business processes to ensure an ongoing alignment and continuous improvement of plans to business needs.

USD $130,000.00 - USD $140,000.00 /A
Bonus Eligibility
Role is eligible for 10% annual incentive provided the business meets financial goals and the individual meets their performance goals, subject to plan administration guidelines.

- Manage documentation updates to all BCP & Crisis Plans.
- Lead Business Continuity workshops and training throughout the organization.
- Develop testing plans and lead all BCP exercises, tests, and drills.
- Engage cross-functional teams to effectively lead key program components
- Build program related content for effective stakeholder communications to drive visibility, alignment & decision-making.
- Gather requirements, define and document business processes/procedures using workflow and standardized documentation templates.

We need you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Business process experience in Supply Chain and/or Operations.
- Consultative experience facilitating workshops, training, and testing events.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent organizational skills/time management/ and managing multiple priorities.
- Experience leading initiatives/projects.
- Business Continuity / Crisis Management experience
- IT / Cyber Resiliency experience
- Prior experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry
- Project Management skills
- Organizational Change management experience
