Are you looking to build a strong career? Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Production Sanitation Technician located at our Huntersville, NC Plant.
Pay Rate: $22.68-$28.84/Hour
*Pay rate is based on experience
Responsibilities
As a Production Sanitation Technician, you will be responsible for performing housekeeping duties and some facility maintenance duties including minor repairs throughout the plant.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Conduct maintenance on a prescribed schedule of the main production/support areas including cleaning of building walls/ceilings, overhead pipes, and production equipment using approved provided tools and equipment such as scissor lifts
- Remove and dispose of undesired packaging material, tape, and temporary repairs throughout the plant
- Dust and polish production equipment
- Maintain/Replace ergonomic mats for production employees
- Maintain the exterior of the facility with scheduled yard cleanings

Requirements
We need you to have:
- Two (2) years of experience in sanitation maintenance
- One (1) year experience operating lift equipment including scissor-lifts and articulating boom lifts
- One (1) year experience operating forklifts
- Comfortable working at heights
- Detail-orientated, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises
- Ability to complete tasks and forms
