Job Overview
As an Equipment Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our equipment is set up and functioning optimally for our clients. You’ll be the hands-on expert who brings our products to life, working closely with a dynamic team to install and maintain various types of storage equipment in healthcare, manufacturing, education and many other types of facilities. Your skills and attention to detail will help us deliver top-notch service and satisfaction to our customers.

What you’ll do:
- Perform assembly of storage systems such as modular buildings, automated storage systems, shelving, and vertical carousels and lifts at customers' locations
- Perform troubleshooting tasks required for repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
- Move/transport materials from customer sites to our office
- Provide training and support to clients on equipment operation and maintenance
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any installation-related issues
Position:
- Status: Full time
- Hours: Monday to Friday typically 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. but can vary slightly depending on customer needs and other factors.
- Location: Home office in Emmaus, PA and customer sites within approximately 90-minute radius (no overnight travel required).
Qualifications:
- Must pass mandatory background checks
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
Requirements:
- No experience is necessary – if you have a good work ethic and mechanical skills, we can teach you. However, construction experience is a plus.
- Must possess an analytical thought process and solid problem solving/troubleshooting skills
- Must possess the desire and ability to learn basic mechanical skills
- Must be able to read and follow manufacturer installation instructions
- Must be able to do physical work and lift up to 75 pounds
- Must be very organized and have excellent attention to detail
- Must be good at interacting with customers
- Must be able to work well as part of a small team
