RAM Atlanta is located in Riverdale, GA and is a distributor of Smooth-On Inc.’s. The showroom features a themed retail store that creatively showcases our products’ capabilities. The store features display items such as jaw-dropping sculptures, props, a life-sized dragon, industrial equipment, high-fidelity masks, 3D prints, prototypes, and a lot of movie paraphernalia.
Our team is full of fun, creative, and professional energy – and everyone practices using our products to gain hands-on experience that helps us become invaluable to customers.

We are seeking the right person to join our team as a Shipper -Tech for our Atlanta (Riverdale, GA) warehouse/ showroom branch. You must be a good communicator, highly organized and understand the importance of being a part of a team. You must have the ability to “think outside the box" to address issues, and solve problems in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Your primary duties will include shipping & receiving, inventory control, as well as offering technical advice to customers and assisting in customer order fulfillment (walk-ins, telephone and e-commerce). While no first hand experience with our materials is a prerequisite, the ideal candidate will demonstrate aptitude and a desire to learn these materials and how our customers use them.
Additionally, We Will Train You To Perform The Following
We will provide product and technical training to keep you motivated and successful.

IMPORTANT: We operate a drug-free and smoke-free environment. Employment is contingent on passing a background check and drug screening test. A clean driving record is required for this role.

Additionally, We Will Train You To Perform The Following
- Shipping packages by UPS Worldship, Preparing Bills of Lading for outbound LTL shipments
- Shipping / Receiving pallets of material weekly in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Monthly physical inventory
- Purchasing and monitoring inventory, handling quarterly returns.
- Maintaining a Small Warehouse, keeping it clean and organized
- Entering Orders using our Company-Developed Computer Software.
We will provide product and technical training to keep you motivated and successful.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- 4 year degree or 5 years experience in customer service position.
- Must have DOT/HazMat certification or be able to successfully complete certification process within 60 days of employment.
- Must pass OSHA courses within 30 days of employment.
- Computer literate; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) essential
- Work well in a fast-paced environment
- Creative, curious, and willing to learn. You will be getting your hands dirty.
- Diligent at problem solving.
- Ability to perform moderate physical work, able to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally, and 10 to 20 pounds frequently.
- Ability to be trained to operate a forklift.
