Over the Road Construction Helper
We’re seeking a dependable, hard-working individual who is ready to learn, travel, and grow with an experienced team.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with construction projects, including inspections, piping installation, and basic repairs
- Use hand and power tools to support technicians and crew members
- Lift, move, and carry materials (up to 65 lbs)
- Travel to job sites and work on the road for extended periods each month
- Follow direction from installation technicians and supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Support the team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
What We’re Looking For
- Previous construction experience
- Basic pipe-fitting or plumbing experience
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record REQUIRED
- Experience operating a skid steer is a plus
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
