Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled plumber with a strong focus on plumbing systems for residential and commercial settings. Duties
- Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems.
- Perform service tasks such as fixture replacements, pipe rerouting, and system upgrades with precision.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and drain cleaning equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify leaks, blockages, or potential issues before they escalate.
- Communicate with homeowners, property management, and property owners.
- Read schematics and technical manuals to ensure proper installation and maintenance procedures are followed.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed for project documentation.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute plumbing layouts accurately are a bonus.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial and residential service plumbing is REQUIRED.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record REQUIRED
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues quickly and effectively.
- Proficiency using hand tools (wrenches, pliers), power tools (drills, saws), and specialized equipment (pipe threaders, drain cleaning equipment, ect.).
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for precise installations.
- Journeyman or Masters Plumbing license PREFERRED.
