Our agency opened in 2020 and is a close-knit team of three focused on building strong relationships and delivering meaningful service to our customers. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 13 years working in State Farm corporate, which gave me a strong foundation in the business and a customer-first mindset.
I’m a proud parent of two high schoolers, and family plays a big role in both my personal life and how I run the office. We stay very active in the community through involvement with the Chamber, local Uptown events like movie nights, and organizations such as the Animal Rescue League. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
