Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee our production team and ensure the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of production while fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Duties

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Lead, train, and mentor production staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve performance targets.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and enhance overall efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including inventory levels, equipment maintenance, and employee performance.
• Address any issues or concerns raised by team members promptly and effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a manufacturing supervisory role or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members at all levels.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools for tracking production metrics.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on findings.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
