Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Security Officer based in Mount Horeb, WI. The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, conducting routine inspections, and addressing security incidents as they arise. Additional duties include enforcing client policies, reporting any suspicious activities, and collaborating with team members to support safety and emergency response protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience in security operations, patrolling, and incident response
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of safety protocols, emergency response procedures, and conflict resolution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, team members, and the public
- Proven ability to handle critical situations calmly and professionally
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
- Relevant certifications such as CPR, First Aid, or Security Guard Training are an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior security or law enforcement experience preferred
